I received excellent treatment for my urgent elbow - forearm - hand / wrist injury. The front desk agent was so very courteous and possessed excellent communication skills, fabulous voice. I was seen by the nurse as soon as urgent care hour began. The X-ray technician was polite. I received my diagnosis and emergency treatment very soon after X-ray results. Dave's approach to care is practical, thorough and efficient. He is clear in communicating prognosis and setting expectations for recovery, home care, and follow ups.
The staff was friendly and Dr. Graudons was the best. Would definitely recommend.
My Son 14 male dislocated his knee and tuffed it out all day at school. Because he told me it wasn't that bad. Long story short when he got home from school we went straight to orthopedic urgent care. Dr Draigo really made an impression on my son he talked him through everything that he was doing, looking for and solutions. My son told me mom I give him and RN Max 5 stars.
