Dr David was nice and cordial. He was engaged with me in a very concerned way that I was open to any treatment he would suggest without resistance! He showed compassion towards me and my injury. Can’t asked for a better doctor! The admission registrar and security guard was warm and smiling. The nurse and X-ray tech was cold as a snow day with freezing temperature below 0! Their interaction came off as I’m only here because it’s a job.
Andrew was great! He diagnosed my situation and got me some immediate relief so that I could carry on with my day. He was very professional and polite

I ended up at the Ortho Urgent Care clinic due to the angry looking wound on my hand from carpal tunnel surgery. David was very thorough in his explanation that my wound was not infected and that the issues I experienced after the stitches had been removed two days prior were not concerning. All I saw was an open and oozing cut on the lower palm area of my hand!
