Went to Orthocarolina Matthews urgent care to have my knee looked at. Met with Alvin Haymond P.A. after my X-ray. Very personable and very knowledgeable. Explained things in detail and in layman terms. He took his time and gave me my treatment plan and follow up information. Would definitely recommend.
We had to visit Orthocarolina Urgent Care last Friday for my Mom. Dr. Clark was caring and sympathetic to the needs of my Mom. He listened intently to our situation. He was very knowledgeable of what was going on with my Mother’s knee. He recommended that we see one of their specialists this Wednesday for further treatment decisions. Very nice doctor . Clark.
Dana Cumberworth was really good, handled my dislocated finger with care, confidence and quickly. She has good sense of humor which helps a lot.
The wait was short desire being a walking and the staff were so understanding, patient, and kind. Alvin Haymond was straight forward but empathetic. He was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through holistic treatment and using medication to ease my symptoms. They where able to immediately take and examine an X-ray (ultrasound or MRI would have to be done elsewhere, just a heads up).
