Staff were very friendly and very fast in getting me back to a room, trays done and MD seen. Amazing service!
I went to OrthoCarolina on Friday night after falling & dislocating my big toe. It had popped back in but I knew I needed medical help. They took me right in, x-rayed my foot & Dr K came in quickly to treat me. Fortunately nothing was broken. He treated me & I was on my way with a lovely walking shoe! Thanks OrthoCarolina! I cannot say enough great things about OrthoCarolina as a medical group and about my experience today with Urgent Care in Huntersville. I hope I have the names correct! Sharon at the front desk was wonderful and calming. Drew who took my initial information before my x-rays was great and knowledgeable. Joe the Xray tech went beyond his job - he was very thorough in making sure the x-rays were top quality all the while talking with me and making me feel heard.
