I cannot say enough nice things about this facility and the staff. We started going there several years back after my oldest was injured in a charity kickball tournament and a nurse playing on his team recommended I take him there. I did and they were amazing. Since that time we have been back multiple times with our youngest as well, for sports injuries. Each time we are seen quickly, X-rays are performed quickly on-site and the doctor and treatment options are quick to follow. All of the staff is kind and great with kids. ... read more
Friendly efficient thorough in explaining
Walk in visit. In and out after 6pm on a Friday night. No wait. X-ray. Seen by physician. Right hand fifth finger PIF joint sprain. Treatment plan documented in MyChart - easy to refer back to. Process took 30 minutes max. Staff extremely efficient.
I would not recommend Dr. Kevin. His responses felt robotic and lacked empathy. He did not spend adequate time with us or try to understand the patient’s concerns, and appeared rushed despite having no other patients. We traveled nearly two hours for this visit and felt the time was wasted.i will rate him 1 star. In contrast, Dr. Michal Robert is an excellent physician at this facility attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. I will rate this facility 5 star because dr Robert , not dr Kevin.dr Rob is the best
