They forgot about me.. went in for an xray of my shoulder and was left in the examination room for an hour. I am a type 1 diabetic and had no access to insulin at that time so I had to leave because my blood sugar was raising dangerously high and no one had came in to even check that I was alright. I had a great experience at OrthoCarolina Urgent Care in Ballantyne! PA Kevin McCullough was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The service was excellent, and the entire process was incredibly fast. My son was able to get X-rays and be in and out in less than an hour! I also appreciate that they offer after-hours urgent care from 5 PM to 9 PM, which is extremely convenient when you need care outside of regular office hours. I Went To OrthoCarolina’s Urgent Care In Ballantyne Yesterday Evening. I Got Excellent Care. They Did Multiple X-Rays, Which Ruled Out A Fracture Or Break In My Foot. All Of The Staff Were Wonderful. The Physician’s Assistant Reviewed My X-Rays With Me, Answered All Of My Questions & Put Me In A Surgical Shoe. He Told Me What Medication To Take & The Dosage.
