If you need an urgent orthopedic, so this is the worst place that you can go. They don’t care about you. They don’t care about your pain and the staff are so rude.
This is our first experience at OrthoCarolina Urgent Care Ballantyne. The place is big, clean and there are a lot of seats in the waiting area. The receptionist were not helpful at the beginning, but after explaining that it was pur first time there, the attitude changed. The time with the PA-C was really good, she check my child's knee exhaustively through different tests and techniques to identify any injuries. I recommend it 100%
PA Mike Roberts was phenomenal! Very professional and kind! Great “bedside manner”! Set me at ease from the very beginning!!
