I saw Chris and Donna after I had elbow fracture surgery from November-December 2024. Both were phenomenal! I’m thankful to have crossed paths with both of them as I wouldn’t be this far along in my healing without the two of them. They were awesome communicators, pushed me, provided home PT exercises while in their care. I’m 4 months post surgery and getting very close to 100%. Beautiful facility but I was there for a FCE exam and John Miller really was condescending regarding my injury although he had a very nice demeanor. The results of his opinion and poor judgment will override his seeming caring professionalism. Avoid at all cost especially if you are a person of color and expect someone to judge your solely off injury. I wouldn't suggest going to him regarding FCE or he will sabotage your claim. Just speaking from personal experience.
The facility and the professional trainers are exceptional! I joined the adult boot camp class to get some variety in my workouts and improve my overall fitness. I quickly realized that every boot camp workout provides variety and push me to farther than I thought possible!
