TOP notch MD - Has always taken his time with me for two different problems now. He listens, takes his time, and is easy to talk to. He has done cortisone injections for me both times and has been spot on - giving much needed relief from my pain. I appreciate how nice his staff is and how he has always gotten me in and out in a timely manner.
I was able to make a same day appointment for my knee pain. I just happened to see Jason C-PA who I knew from my follow up visits after my 2017 knee replacement. Yesterday, he gave me a pain free Cortizone shot and I am already about 90% better. I highly recommend Ortho Carolina and Jason.
The Doctors and nurses were outstanding! They explained everything and answered all my questions. The staff at OrthoCarolina Ft Mill are caring, world class professionals. You feel like they are a family. Thank you for making having a broken wrist the most positive experience it could have been. Keep up the great work!
The front desk staff were kind and professional- I appreciated their helpfulness. Checkout was smooth, though the receptionist came off as a bit indifferent. Unfortunately, the clinical side fell short. Dr. Macknet and the staff didn’t seem particularly engaged, and interactions felt impersonal and rushed.
