Prompt, courteous services (as always) from check-in to checkout. Pearl was efficient and courteous during the preliminary/review phase, and Matt was informative and thorough, taking the time to explain the need for and benefits of the procedure, as well as taking the time to discuss follow-up scenarios. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Ortho Carolina Fort Mill.
Our family has been going to Ortho Carolina for various procedures. Every member of staff is excellent. The surgeon explained every facet of both operations. Kevin is knowledgeable and caring. He does spend time with me. I will go to them for everything! Highly recommend.

I had an awesome experience at Ortho Carolina having had a complete left hip surgery at Piedmont Hospital. Everyone was organized and worked in sync with other Medical Personnel. I was grateful and impressed with the good care and respect I received from the time I had my surgery until my last follow-up with Jason. I play a lot of golf, I was having some pain in my finger of my right hand so my Primary Care Dr referred me here. They got me an appointment very quick, I was in pain. So I went in for an 815a appointment on Monday, MLK Day. I completed all the forms in advance on their website so the check-in at the Kiosk when you enter was was smooth.
