Our family has been going to Ortho Carolina for various procedures. Every member of staff is excellent. The surgeon explained every facet of both operations. Kevin is knowledgeable and caring. He does spend time with me. I will go to them for everything! Highly recommend.
The appointment was quick efficient. All my questions received answers. Dr McCullough explained the x- rays to me in enough detail to help me understand what I was looking at and explained what i could expect to the best of his knowledge about my future healing. Everyone was courteous and kind. A pleasent experience.
I went to see Dr.Brown because my left knee was in so much distress I could barely walk. His office is well organized and efficient. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00PM and that’s exactly when I was brought into the examination area. My knee was x -rayed . A few minutes later Dr. Brown came into the examination area room. I play a lot of golf, I was having some pain in my finger of my right hand so my Primary Care Dr referred me here. They got me an appointment very quick, I was in pain. So I went in for an 815a appointment on Monday, MLK Day. I completed all the forms in advance on their website so the check-in at the Kiosk when you enter was was smooth.
