This review is not for the providers, it's for the system that supposedly serves them. It took me three or four phone calls to finally get through to a person to set up an appointment. Then when I needed to cancel, the app did not allow it, you had to call. Over a two day period I called a total of nine times and keep getting a recording saying all our operators are busy, try again later.
