If you want a challenge this is a good operation! I had surgery 6 weeks ago and they have been with me as I recovered. I am getting stronger and being pushed appropriately. Easy parking for recent surgical patients. Systematically pushing my level of exercise. With an understanding of the ultimate goals for my knee and it's normal range of motion.
These sessions are rough, but I need it!
