I had a GREAT experience at Novant Health PT Solutions. Lauren is an Elite Physical Therapist! I have rehabbed 3 separate knee surgeries as well as other sports related injuries in the past. Last year I had been in 2 car accidents, and Lauren helped me train, heal up, and get into better shape than before the accidents! Unfortunately, my experience with this location was terrible. The biggest issue is billing and the complete lack of honesty. I went there four separate times, and every single time I specifically asked if I had a copayment. All four times I was told, “You’re good to go” and “I don’t see any copay for you.” Now, out of nowhere, I receive a huge bill. This is beyond frustrating and feels incredibly deceptive. Have been going to PT Solutions and occupational therapy. Both were so effective with good solutions. Salwa , the hand therapist is excellent and knows her stuff. Couldn’t ask for better therapy. Very pleased with the results.
Lauren is fantastic! Best therapist I've ever seen! Highly recommend!
This is my 3rd round of pt and the therapist are good. It’s the scheduling that has really set me back. I couldn’t get in for over a month after my procedure when pt is recommended days after the procedure. I’m confused as to what to do about my continuing care.
