Most of the bad comments arent accurate considering the fact that they dont seem to understand the difference between the physical therapy office and the upstairs offices so read carefully this is the physical therapy location on the bottom floor reading is fundamental. But I wanted to make sure I commented on the quality work these great people gave me. Ortho Carolina is great! Fast check-in. Kelli Tryon is an excellent therapist. She is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She asks questions and she listens. She cared about my well-being and my progress toward feeling better. Highly recommended. A++++++++++++
They cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before I needed to be there.
