I started many moons ago (or dino ages ago as kids tell me) at Salisbury Orthopaedics with a bad shoulder injury needing surgery. I was fortunate to see Dr. Lauffenberger. He is an excellent surgeon with an excellent personality. He takes his time and doesn't rush the patient at all. I could not have asked for a better surgeon! He moved to OrthoCarolina in Winston at some later time. When I developed some issues again with the same shoulder I again sought him out in Winston. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my shoulder.
