I was refused service because I refused to wear a face mask. Meanwhile, the 2 front desk office staff were sitting there with their masks half pulled down. Stop with this nonsense! This is complete virtue signaling. I can shop and fly mask free but my ortho (who is just looking at my arm btw) won't see me without a mask? Enough is enough! Let people choose for themselves! Stop trying to police everyone!! I'll take my freedom thank you. You will NOT get my business!
Over the years I have recommended OrthoCarolina to people. Recently they started with a mychart. I would now not recommend them to my dog. Expect at least a 30 minute wait to get someone on the phone. This also mean your primary care MD and the therapies can’t get through. The whole time it’s telling they appreciate your patience and how to log in to their mychart. That being said I am not speaking ill of the skills of their surgeons but it’s ridiculous that they don’t answer their phones.
