Dr. Hartshorn is awesome! Saw him for a 3rd degree torn ligament a week after an emergency room visit. He carefully explained everything including provided a virtual view, and did an additional X-ray to make sure the pain I was having in another area of the leg was not anything needing extra attention. Follow up after a month went well also. Very nice office staff and environment!
I went to Dr. Hartshorn at OrthoBoston for a 2nd opinion last year when I tore my ACL. The first doctor at a different clinic brushed off my MRI because my knee was only buckling “a few times”. I have been a patient of Dr. Hartshorn for a few years now. He is amazing!! He is extremely intelligent, great bedside manner and down to Earth. He explains procedures so anyone can understand. I've had a reverse shoulder operation as well as a knee replacement. As I fall apart, he puts me back together. I was a nurse for 28 Years, you can't find a better orthopedist.
