My last visit with Dr. Williams office, was nothing short of excellence. Shanel and Ashlea gave great care and patients towards me. If anybody I knew had an injury similar to mine, I would suggest Dr. Williams at Ortho Atlanta Fayetteville hands down.
I love Dr Williams and her staff. They are absolutely the BEST. Bedside manners feels like family. Thank you all. (Heart)
Made an appointment Dec. 2021. I waited for 20 to 30 minutes to see her then someone said the wait would be an hour and a half. I then decided to reschedule for January 2022. My appointment was at 8:30. I was then called to the back around 8:40ish and my ex-rays were taken at 8:50. That only took less than 5 minutes. I went back to my room and waited until 9:30 and I left. I will never return to this practice... well at least not to see her. 1st appointment I waited over 4 hours to see the doctor. Had follow up today, received 5 reminder calls/emails/texts to be here on time. Drove an hour down here only to be told that my doctor cancelled the appointment. This place is terrible. The staff is rude and condescending. No concern at all for patients time or needs.
I had an appointment with Dr Williams a couple of months ago in the PTC office and after waiting 20 minutes was told that she would be an hour late. There were already 2 people waiting for her so figured it would be longer than an hour before I would be seen so I left. So I rebooked the appt for 11/4 hopping to finally see her and after being there for less than 5 minutes it was announced that she would be an hour late for her appts.
