I called the Fayetteville location to inquire about the synvisc one injections for my mother and I never made it past speaking to the receptionist because she was very rude. She immediately changed her tone of voice as soon as she heard that my mother currently is on Medicaid for health insurance. She told me that they would be too expensive and that I might as well find an orthopedic Doctor Who accepts Medicaid and that she Felt it was a very unusual request for me to call and inquire for mom.
He is the best.
Wonderful doctor. Explained everything to me. Felt he truly cared.
