I thought I had an appointment with doctor first. Turns out it was an appointment with “Tripp”. I don’t know what his status is. Anyways, appointments were short and without any results or resolution. I went to my (final) appointment with him to get a shot to relieve pain. To my shock, I bled and the pain was still there. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a specialist. The doctor I saw was nice enough, but he recommended two follow up treatments for me based on some X-rays, and I was supposed to wait for follow up calls from the nurse and the office once they had reached out to my insurance. I waited a week and never heard anything, so tried calling repeatedly and was told they were working on it. I recommend Ortho Atlanta because they are knowledgeable, professional, and get the job done. The physician I saw defined the condition I had in my wrist. It was difficult for me to pronounce or spell but his description of the symptoms associated with my condition matched my symptoms perfectly.
Daniel Brown welcomed me back so sweetly today - you see, it's been a long time since I broke a bone. They are gonna work on putting me back together AGAIN! Everyone was so nice. Thank You!

If you see these guys, try not to have a problem. They can’t fix any issues and won’t return calls or emails. My insurance got billed $550 for the MD to sit down for 5 minutes to tell me “I don’t know. You need an MRI.” He did not even look at or touch my knees. I got left with the $200+ tab. This was a second opinion and the first MD only billed $200 to my insurance for the same coded visit. Not sure why this place feels like they can charge $300 more for nothing. Dr. Doug. Kasow and his PA Matt Sartorio are truly amazing. It’s been 3 months since my fusion and the pain I had before surgery is gone. I will be forever grateful to have my life back! And I must give a shout out to his scheduler, Rhonda. She rocks!
