Everyone was very nice. The doctor didn’t take long to come into the room and the x-ray technician was very nice.
Wow, I’ve had my share of issues with Piedmont. Say it in the past, I recently had back surgery through Dr. Park. By doing that I had appointments and interactions with his assistant who is Ashley Williams. She honestly changed my opinion about the place. She has an extremely awesome bedside manner. She actually listens to you instead of just looking at the computer screen and listening to what you say. Also, she just has a very sweet personality and I feel like I can talk to her about anything. I would like to see a better line queue for check in. The line is right in front of the door with no signage of where the line starts. My visit was smooth otherwise with a low wait time. The staff was nice and professional and Dr. Goel is very nice and knowledgeable. He addressed my issue on my initial visit with lasting success.
Dr. Christopher Alexander is awesome and his staff is awesome as well. Very knowledgeable and friendly
Only thing I didn't like was I was told to be therec15 minutes early being new. Hospital parking is crazy then when I made it on, the sign in line was pretty long, other ten that, it was all good especially the 2 Xray techs but can't remember their names. Kudos to them for their professionalism. Very pleasant.
