I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Song. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and went out of his way to clarify parts of the MRI that were confusing to me. He also referred me to an excellent neurologist and ensured that I could get an appointment within the week. It’s clear that he truly knows his field and genuinely cares about his patients’ concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone navigating the challenges of the healthcare system.
The front office was very friendly as was the personnel who performed the X-ray. Dr ong is always pleasant and trust what he tells me. Exercise 5 times a week and if any balance concerns, be sure and come back in.
