What can I say; Micaela is so patient, kind, caring, compassionate and listens!
Rachel always takes good care of me and listens when I have questions. She is really good at injections. They are never fun but the way she does it is amazing. Very minimal discomfort. She is so good I never need to see the Ortho himself. I think she’s the best PA I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
The upfront help upon checking in was very helpful and accommodating I believe when the doctor came, he was tired and I felt not present. He was to have issued two prescriptions, which were never sent over to the pharmacy and I had to call the following day and when I called, nobody was able to give me the names of the prescriptions issued or let me know when they would be sent over.
