Dr. Hartzler performed a reverse shoulder replacement surgery on me 2 weeks earlier. I just had my follow up appointment with Kristin. Kristin is always smiling, happy and such a pleasant person. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. She’s knowledgeable and really takes the time to answer any questions and provide insight on your procedure.
