Front desk staff were very welcoming, professional, & lighthearted. The in-take assistant & the X-Ray tech, Juan, was very pleasant and knew what to do, very thorough. Then Dr. Burgess, "Boy oh boy," very knowledgeable, spot on, professional, explained my situation thoroughly. I watched his video before going in, so I knew what to expect. He answered my questions, addressed my concerns, & very pleasant. This was my 1st time with Dr. Burgess. He was referred by my sister. ❤️
