Tracey was so nice and explained everything so well!
Front desk staff were very welcoming, professional, & lighthearted. The in-take assistant & the X-Ray tech, Juan, was very pleasant and knew what to do, very thorough. Then Dr. Burgess, "Boy oh boy," very knowledgeable, spot on, professional, explained my situation thoroughly. I watched his video before going in, so I knew what to expect. They both answered my questions, addressed my concerns, & were very pleasant. This was my 1st time with Dr. Burgess. My 2nd visit time was with Tracey, just as knowledgeable & professional.... read more

Very informative and very gentle
Tracy is amazing! I have had 4 separate hand surgeries (all my own doing) and she has been there for me through all of them. Highly professional in her field.
