Broken knee cap in 3 places. Called Ortho Va and made appointment with the first person available. Dr David Miller. Very kind and gentle and concern for my injury. Surgery scheduled within 5 days. I loved him and his team Addy and Patrick. They really put me at ease. Returned call and answered all questions. Really made me feel like I was the most important patient. Surgery on Monday. I will return!
