I had my shoulder reverse replacement done here. I have had to wait for over 2 hours at least 4 times in a row. I have to leave before I get to see the doctor, as I have anxiety so I have to leave around 1 1/2 to 2 hours before I get all stressed out over the waiting. I did not have a positive first impression with KCOI Urgent Care. When I arrived, I was asked to fill out the same paperwork at check-in that I was asked to fill out online, which was more annoying than anything. The receptionist was friendly enough. I was told I had to pay a $200 deposit since my insurance did not have a copay. Perhaps this requirement is a part of the Medical Transparency Act that I am uneducated about.
