I had reverse shoulder replacement surgery on September 10th and I couldn't be happier! This is definitely how a hospital should be. I was treated like family! The entire team was amazing and words will not do them justice! Keep up the good work and thanks again for taking such good care of me!
I had my shoulder reverse replacement done here. I have had to wait for over 2 hours at least 4 times in a row. I have to leave before I get to see the doctor, as I have anxiety so I have to leave around 1 1/2 to 2 hours before I get all stressed out over the waiting. No doctor appointment should ever be like That! Not respectful or just don't Care about the Patient's wait times. I know that I won't be there anymore. I did not have a positive first impression with KCOI Urgent Care. When I arrived, I was asked to fill out the same paperwork at check-in that I was asked to fill out online, which was more annoying than anything. The receptionist was friendly enough. I was told I had to pay a $200 deposit since my insurance did not have a copay. Perhaps this requirement is a part of the Medical Transparency Act that I am uneducated about.
