If you have a relatively minor injury like an twisted ankle, avoid this place at all costs. Four hour wait to be told they can do NOTHING for you. You go a doctor because you are in sever pain and all you get is NOTHING for the pain. No pain meds, no shots, no brace, no gels, NOTHING. NOTHING but being charged several hundred dollars..... for NOTHING.
I was blessed to have chosen this Urgent Care to take care of me after I had a very unfortunate fall landing on my back. Literally, starting from the time I registered online to get in line for my appointment I had my first phone call from Lisa before I got there. Lisa called to confirm exactly what had happened to make sure I was a fit for their practice as opposed to going to the emergency room. Called ahead to see if they could take care of me or if I needed to go to the ER. They said to come there... 3 hrs later only to say they couldn't help me. Waste of time.
This place consistently fails the lowest of expectations... I've never made it past check in with this place, the staff is incredibly rude and lazy. So it becomes easier to deal with pain than these people.
