The office help (Tony) that I spoke with to get a message to my PA was the rudest person I have ever spoke to at Ortho RI in Wakefield. I am shocked. No one needs to be spoken to that way. Everyone is usually very nice and pleasant. I have to say David Interlini PA is the best !!!!! He gets 5
Dr Marchand put the wrong size prosthetic in my hip. He didn’t want to fix it and waited too long to try. I’m permanently disabled and live with constant pain I was operated on three times ps … I ended up having five surgeries. Bobby Marchand would do the world a favor and just retire Perhaps using a machine to do surgery is a bad idea. It’s this a computer aided procedure?
Tried to get an emergency appointment for my wife with cervical radiopathy. She was in severe pain and distress. They couldn't fit her in the schedule for 10 days. The receptionist was useless saying, "maybe she should try a walk in clinic" after my wife had been seen at the ER. Using University Orthopedics from now on.
I had an appt. first in the Westerly office and needed cortisone shots in my elbows. The PA was unable to do so and they made me an appt. for the Wakefield office. Fast forward to today,my appt, I get there in plenty of time & was told I had no appt. The receptionist went in the back and told me Westerly never booked the appt, but they were going to get me in & provide me with my shots. I didn't need to wait long and Dr Dave was fabulous! Wakefield office rocks! I've never been in & out so fast without an appt!!!
