Hace 2 años compré un colchón aqui con garantía de 10 años por defecto de fábrica pues el colchón se hundió y ya no es confortable , llame y no me contestaron , fui ala tienda y hice el reclamo hace 2 meses y hasta fecha no me respondieron jamás volveré a comprar en esta tienda no cumple las expectativas

I went to Ortho Mattress which Is close to me and had great Reviews. I was greeted and immediately was helped. I told her I had a budget and what I was looking for. She did a great job showing me figure out what I liked. She answered all my questions and had patience. I am adding this review because delivery was fast and the experience was great. I want to add to my review the delivery guy’s are great. This made my experience even better. Thank you for taking the time to explain and the friendly faces.
