The service and product from Ortho was above excellent. My dad has a medical condition which causes him to move and talk very, very slowly. We needed to get him and my mom new motorized beds. Ross, our sales associate, was extremely helpful and patient. He met with us beforehand (minus my dad) and answered all our many questions. He was friendly, kind, not pushy, and gave us enough knowledge in a clear way that made sense. He also was super helpful and respectful during our second meeting (which included my dad). My husband and I have been looking for a new mattress and stopped in there by chance. Austin was tremendously knowledgeable and explained a lot about mattress construction and materials. We purchased an Aireloom mattress because of the quality of construction and the materials used. We got an excellent price and couldn't be happier.
