HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I have NEVER had a worse experience with a sales person (this includes all of the car salesmen that I have encountered, and that should tell you something!). The second I walked through the door the tweaked-out blonde sales woman was on me like a hawk. Spot on, excellent product prices and service – I could not ask for a more personalized experience. All was great and happened just as explained, without any problems or issues. I am thrilled, and had no idea that this type of personalized service still existed in a world of feeling like a number. Kudos to you. This gal is amazing. Oh, and did I say THANK YOU...sleep has never been so good.
