Let's get this over with because I used to operate out of this rat hole. You'll only be greeted by 2 parking spaces which is constantly being taken up by patrons of The Six restaurant next door or customers of the bank. Park your vehicles here at your own risk because the staff of The Six restaurant got SERIOUS beef with Ortho and its customers. Why? I worked with one of the managers here so here's your inside scoop. Let's get this over with. Ortho doors are heavily monitored with a door count system which is used to regulate sales and closing percentages on customers. Every time when the door is swung open (customer entering), it's calculated as a single door count towards the store employee. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I have NEVER had a worse experience with a sales person (this includes all of the car salesmen that I have encountered, and that should tell you something!). The second I walked through the door the tweaked-out blonde sales woman was on me like a hawk. I was very honest with her and told her I was looking to TEST the mattresses and get a feel for the pricing of the ones that I liked the most. Spot on, excellent product prices and service – I could not ask for a more personalized experience. All was great and happened just as explained, without any problems or issues. I am thrilled, and had no idea that this type of personalized service still existed in a world of feeling like a number. Kudos to you. This gal is amazing. Oh, and did I say THANK YOU...sleep has never been so good.

Avoid Ortho – I purchased a mattress from Tony at the store in the Empire Center in Burbank. He acted as if he was giving us a great deal on it, though we had been shopping around and it was the same price as other stores. When we were about to pay, he said that if his boss did not approve of the deal my credit card will be charged later with the difference. Dishonest – I purchased a bed frame from them after asking several questions about the length etc. I was told by Tony that I could return them if they didn't fit. They didn't fit and infact were 6" too long. They would not refund my money and said the 86" rails were standard, I looked on line and 81" is standard. 81" would have been perfect. I don't understand why the cost for their error should be passed on to the customer. I would recommend going elsewhere at all cost!!
