Everyone is always so friendly and willing to listen! Dr. Cecile Becker and staff are fabulous! Thank you to Eric and Cara who took a message for the nurse today. Thank you to Brittany, the nurse calling to get info to staff with Dr. Becker, and then calling back with game plan for me! All done in a very timely fashion, I might add!!
This was our first visit. We visited the cardiologist, Dr. Chen. The whole experience was very pleasant. Everyone was super friendly.
I had a horrible experience when I went to my first appointment with Dr. Bauk. Her nurse, Greg needs some sensitivity training. I love Dr. Bauk but Greg was definitely not an asset to her team. I submitted feedback as to circumstances but was told contradictory information so he was being dishonest to his administration since I was never offer any solution.

like any care facility they have off days too but, I've been with them a long time and have a great dr. and the staff has been wonderful.
The people there are nice and helpful. The parking lot is ridiculous. Way too small. For having an ortho dept your patient's are in pain and having problems walking. They shouldn't have to walk 2 blocks to get in.
