Had to get a ct scan but everyone was nice and it was clean. Didn't really want to be there!
The Dr I saw was absolutely wonderful. She was very thorough with everything and took the time to explain everything to me. I give Dr Maczura 5 stars! The lab was another story. Upon arrival at the lab, the receptionist complained because she had to wait on people. Isn't that her job? The lab tech I had was very rude and obviously didn't like to smile. She acted like I inconvenienced her by being there. I took 2 stars off because of the lab.
Very nice staff. After having had very bad experiences in Jacksonville, the drive is totally worth it.
Everyone is friendly. Dr. Ahmed always takes his time with his patients and is very thorough. My only complaint is the patient waiting rooms Those bench seats are SO uncomfortable.
Very pleasant experience. Short wait time and friendly staff.
Customer Service is excellent and impressive! Wait time was next to nothing.
