I don't understand how this place has 4.8 stars. It's so HARD to get a hold of anyone for a new patient consultation price. I've been calling and trying to get a hold of Jessica (referral coordinator) and get transferred and hung up on.

After my procedure, the follow-up care was just as impressive as the surgery itself. Dr. Kusnezov made sure I had a clear recovery plan. His office staff, Perci, Jackie, and Jessica stayed on top of my post-op appointments and helped me navigate everything from pain management to physical therapy referrals. I felt supported every step of the way, and that made all the difference in my recovery.

Dr. Kusnezov is an incredible surgeon, but what really stood out was how professional and kind his staff was. I’ve been to plenty of medical offices, but none as efficient and supportive as this one. The staff made everything simple—scheduling, paperwork, even coordinating with my physical therapy afterward. Every phone call or message I sent was returned quickly, and they never left me feeling like I was on my own. Their communication gave me complete peace of mind. Highly recommend.

I love everyone there! One problem…. No one answers the phone or returns calls! I need to change an appointment and cannot figure out how to reach anyone!
