Delightful omokase experience. The menu for the evening promised five courses, but we were served a total of eight delicious, surprising, gorgeous items… many “compliments of the chef” creations that were obviously inspired by an amazing haul fresh from the day’s trip to the farmer’s market. The squid ink pasta and the milk bread were both my favorite bites of the night. Excited to come back.

Amazing food and service, 5 course omakase and the chef gifted 3 additional courses. Highly recommended

- Shrimp tasted rancid and wasn't de-veined properly. Asked the Somm (who was serving our table) about it, and he literally rolled his eyes. Same kind of shrimp cooked in a similar style as what was served at Providence when I went recently, but absolutely worlds apart. Chef also didn't seem to care. - The thiccest "tempura" batter I've ever seen. It looked like it was deep fried by a complete beginner who worked an afternoon at a nearby KFC. What an insult to tempura. - Wine pairing was not worth it. Somm tried to be quirky... read more

Then came dessert, as if nothing had happened. Finally, when the check arrived, I asked about the fishbone. Server #2 (the manager) confidently told me it’s “normal” and they “can’t guarantee no bones.” Fascinating. At a seafood restaurant, this seems like th... read more

Incredible meal and service. Went for the 5-course omakase and added the special seafood porridge dish (a must!). Very unique and creative dishes utilizing seafood, vegetables and fruit, that you won’t find anywhere else. Chef Centeno delivers flavor combinations that are sometimes surprising, and absolutely delicious, using ingredients at their peak. It’s on the expensive side, but absolutely worth it.
