Everyone is so nice and professional. There's no other place I'd want to go for my hair.
I recently followed Brittney to Orrell Design, and have been impressed with the serene and friendly atmosphere...makes for a very relaxing escape from everyday stresses. The salon is conveniently located within downtown Greensboro, and it makes me happy to leave looking great, also knowing that I have supported a local business and its skilled hair artisans!
Our family has gone to Orrell Design since it opened. Kerrie Orrell has amazing artistic talent and vision that is expressed through her salon and her stylists. The salon's atmosphere is comforting and subtlely empowering. Over the years stylist Sabrina Rogers has become like a member of our family - an essential part of our life. I'm so proud we have this place of comfort, peace, and pampering in Greensboro. Thank you, Kerrie, and congratulations on making your studio the premiere salon in the Triad.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I set up an appointment a month ago with Richard. They called me three days before the appointment to tell me he decided that he was not taking in new clients. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I respect if he will not take in any clients, but if he had already set up a time with someone, he needs to honor that commitment.
Always a very pleasant experience! My family has been going to Orrel Design since they opened. Congratulations for another year!
