I took some time a year be exact to come to a decision if I should write this or not: here goes.Once the medical questions were asked by the office PA, medical bias took place. Receptionist very rude. If you need to be seen right away. She would ask you questions that had nothing to do with your heath.

Dr. Orr is a great doctor, but she doesn’t have the best bedside manner, which is really unfortunate. She could also improve her knowledge base about certain diseases/conditions/treatment options.

Dr. Orr is very pleasant and personable but when calling to speak with someone you will be put on hold for longer than 5 minutes...Also when attempting to register on the portal the options are few and makes it difficult to sign up if you don't have a smart phone. Email mail messages should be another option when you can't get to a phone.

Dr. Orr is hands down the best doctor I've ever been to, period. She is extremely smart, professional, and funny. She does an excellent job on wellness exams, she's extremely fast but also thorough. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I also have PTSD from a rape, and I usually cry at these visits. Dr. Orr made me laugh.

I haven't met Dr. Orr but I will do anothee review once I do. Her office staff does not seem very professional at all. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and when the attendant returned she was very rude and short. She was not warm or even made me feel welcomed. If that type of service is what I can expect once I get there, I'm not sure I should keep the appointment I just made. Maybe Dr. Orr should rethink who she chooses to answer her phones and speak with potential patients.

Dr. Orr is great. She is approachable, helpful, caring & very knowledgable in her profession. My only complaint/concern is with her front desk staff. While pleasant enough not entirely professional at all times. I almost chose another GYN Doctor due to the difficulty in reaching someone to schedule an appointment. I called and was placed on hold over 10 minutes finally after someone answered. Then to be placed on hold a second time and told someone would call me back.
