They responded initially but never responded back to my questions about the car until it was already sold.
We found a truck online. There were a few features that we knew we wanted in a truck. My husband called to confirm that the information in their ad was correct. The person confirmed that it indeed had what we wanted.We get there & it definitely didn’t have a few of the things that their site said it did. I took my car in for a scheduled diagnosis. They did not do it that day as scheduled and I had to continue to call to follow up. After picking it up the next day, the printout they gave me charged more than I was told, they did adjust it. But the estimate was written in pen without a detailed explanation of charges or how much labor for the services recommended. 3 things were recommended, 2 things to be done first with the part costing $100 and labor $375.
