It was a very relaxed experience, Jim Webb was an excellent sales person, he answered all my questions and made the buying process very comfortable. Kendall in the finance department was very patient with me and found me a great rate. There was no pulling and pushing or any hard negotiating. On top of their friendly service they gave me a good value for my trade.
Chad was great to work with. I loved the car and dealership. We didn't end up buying a car here but the service we received even after finding a different option makes this a dealership I'd never think twice about returning to.
Car description was not accurate. After driving 12 hours to buy car, we found it did not have all the features in the ad. Initially they wouldn't lower the price we had agreed to originally even though the car was not as described. After returning in the morning, they did lower the original price and we were able to make a deal. Very frustrating this couldn't have been done when the missing feature was first noted.
They responded quickly and were very helpful.
The Internet manager at Smith Nissan could not have been nicer. Followed up with pics of Jeep. Emailed directions and his direct number. Very personal service.

Dealer was fine. Unfortunately, vehicle was rougher than anticipated. Dealer countered with discount but it was a deal breaker for me.
We loved our sales person (Becky) She was great! Customer Service is top notch. We didn't get the Acadia that we were shopping for but we bought a beautiful Nissan Pathfinder. We LOVE it!!!
