The person I needed to see was often not there. There was no one to help me when she was not there. I got service refused to me because I complained about her. I had valid complaints and I was upset but I was not rude or loud or profane and I should not have had service refused to me. I guess her ego Got hurt since she was not doing a good job for me so she denied me service on the medical equipment I had been trying to pick up for over three days. This was in the Princeton store.

Rude office personnel that raises their voice and acts as though you are stupid when you ask questions. Been a customer for two years and recommend to several people. Never again. No need for rudeness .
