The buying experience was not to bad. By that I mean I did have to go back and forth a couple times on price. What sold me was the warranty and people seemed genuine. The car is awesome. We love it. I would buy from them again.
Orr Honda Texarkana was the best! The easiest purchase we have ever made. The guys were great. From Michael Pippin who hooked us up with a sales rep to Brad Morgason who worked with us all the way down to the finance guy Steven Lucas. We told them what we wanted and how much we could spend and voila... Chad Triptow and his service crew did a great job getting the car ready after they brought in the one I wanted. Thank you guys!!
A great experience for my first time going there and it was my first oil change in my new Honda. Cole in Service was very helpful and kind and I was in and out in no time, even saved me money. What surprised me the most was they wash your car after service and topped off the windshield wiper fluid. I never had this with Toyota. I’m loving my Honda Civic so much.
