For going on three months now I've tried to get information on a warranty that was purchased when when purchased our van. No one calls back. I've made countless calls, sent multiple emails and have talked with the facebook messenger, which suspiciously feels automated or outsourced. I took my car in for an oil change and to check levels. The work was completely in 20 minutes. They were very friendly and provided excellent customer service.
