Went to look at a terrain and 1. They was way over priced than other dealers and when i pointed it out he thought maybe i was stupid and said the other i was looking at wasnt the same model when in fact they was. 2nd the salesman took my info saying he was gonna see what our payment would be promised 3 times wouldn't run my credit and still did. So i went else where and got great service and payed 4,ooo less than what they wanted. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all.
Just bought a new 2016 Chevy Cruze from them yesterday . They were very nice and worked hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. My only complaint, was that is was a slow process. We were there about 4 hours. Elizabeth our sales person, explained how everything works in the car and helped set up our Onstar. Will definitely go back.
Don't recommend to anyone..gave this dealer 2 chances..bad 1st experience with the orr Nissan and even worst 2nd time around with Orr GM! Traded a vehicle in and they didn't even payoff leaving me with a delinquent account for a vehicle that I haven't even had in over a month and refused to settle. Also promised a 2nd set of keys that never received.
We went there to buy a truck. The service was excellent. They were very helpful. Explained about the inside of the truck. They spent a lot of time with us. They also gave us a good deal. I want to thank Zachary & Kyler for helping us. Bill & Carolyn
I give them 0 star rating. I would drive 2 hrs before dealing with Orr again. They need to get there stuff together.
