We love love love this place! Great service and THE nicest people. Weston is great, finance guy was amazing. They had everything ready when we got there and got us taken care of in time for us to get back to mp and get our daughter from dance. We will use them on all future cars!
I called on Friday 10/2/15 and set up a service appointment for the following day. I arrived and was told the appointment did not exist so was rescheduled for Saturday 10/10/15. Well, we dropped my vehicle off THE evening before (so I wouldn't have to make an early morning trip) and when I got it today at closing - no work had been performed on my car. I bought a 2011 Chevy traverse done made my first payment on it and its been in the shop nearly the whole time ..got it on a Saturday ..took it back Tuesday with timing chain issues.they had it a week...got it back just in time for a weekend vacation me and the family had planned for months..didn't Evan make it out of texarkana 25 miles .the transmission ran hot.quit shifting..back to shop on August 31 now its September 30....(A WHOLE MONTH LATER) still don't have the car I'm making payments..... I have had no problems with Orr Chevrolet Texarkana. In fact, the service department helped me get a refund for a recall that I had paid for while living in Iowa, and before it was actually recalled. when other recalls were noted, I took the HHR in and they fixed me right up, both other times. They do nothing but liar... please read the fine print when u sign a contract...... they told me when i bought my suburban that after the factory warranty expired at 100,000 miles my extended warranty would kick in and start covering my vehicle well come to find out my extended warranty also expired at 100,000 miles but that's not what I was told when I bought the car.
