Went in on March 18 for tire repair and new brakes. April 3 on my way to work, push down on brakes and they are scrubbing. Called several times, got hung up on once, told they were very busy and they can put me down for Thursday, I have a doctors appointment on Monday in Hot Springs and need my brakes fixed right. Finally got a call back, was told they are busy and I can bring it in and they can look at it. Spent over $200 the first time. I will not be having my car serviced with them ever again.

Absolute worse buying experience of my life (and I buy a lot of cars). First, credit where credit is due....Lee was great and prompt with all communication (as this car was bought unseen and pretty much all over the phone and text. And when I had an issue with the car being picked up, Lee outside of his business hours, answered my call and stayed with me on the phone until the carrier had the vehicle in possession.
