RecommendedI’ve been living here for almost 2 years. I’ve had only good experiences. Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been dealt with professionally and quickly. I’m crazy about the location. I loved living at Orpheum Tower Apartments! GeGe was always so helpful whenever I had a question or concern. It is nice to live somewhere where they know you by name and are always happy to help!
I love living in the Orpheum apartments. It is so fun walking down to the old market or taking a scooter to the Capital district. The views are amazing and a big plus for me is the secured covered parking. You can go from the garage right into the building! They are always having fun contests for residents...and they always know me by name. The staff here is AMAZING! All of them...the front office, the maintenance crew...they are so friendly and prompt. I loved living at OT until it was sold in fall 2016. The new management took away any sense of community the building had and many of the outstanding perks. Management handled my situation poorly, refused to fix problems, didn’t renew my lease 7 days before it expired and basically ruined what had been a really lovely experience with the former management. I would not recommend the Orpheum Towers to anyone.
I have lived at the Orpheum Tower Apartments for over 3 years now and Absolutely LOVE to call this place my home! The current management is amazing, friendly and always willing to help! Maintenance is always on task! If you are looking to move downtown Omaha, this IS the place! You are a stones throw away from some Great Restaurants and Cocktails!
Who runs this place? Seems like you go through staff quite a bit. Also, lots of changes in policy... shady business. Would not recommend.
