I have no clue how the other reviewers had such a stark difference in service. My experience has been horrible. I have been begging for assistance for months. I interacted with David Orphanides and Michael McIlhinney, where they made it very clear that they are busy and important. They were very willing to speak about me giving them money for a retainer but once the retainer was paid, they stopped responding. It has been months now without a single communication.
