I called yesterday to ask if I could bring my 2013 Chevrolet suburban in to have someone put my 3rd seat back in for me. They said to bring it on in anytime. Brian and Chris, from service, worked on it for quite sometime. It had locked up. They never complained, cursed, or griped. They finally got it in and didn't even charge me for their time. Both were very polite and explained why it was so difficult to get in. (the gears had locked up) I thank them, both, for their time and effort. Excellent customer service!!!
