A++++++!!!! This company goes above and beyond what is expected from a contractor. Not only did they do an excellent job, communicate with us throughout the process and have the best price. Mario cleaned my floor, vacuumed my sofa, dusted my furniture and left the house looking better than when he arrived. I can't say enough about how pleased my husband and I are with the company. The whole crew was awesome!

Very pleased with the overall experience with Oros. Rich, Junior, and Mario were an excellent team from initial bid through to the finished project. The project included replacing the original single pane metal windows and sliding doors with *************************** windows. We couldn't be happier with the end result. First let me apologize for giving your business a bad review, when it was your fathers business I was looking for. We really appreciate the way you handled the issue for my mother, when you didn't have to. And thank you to Jessica for bringing my mom her money and helping to settle this issue. Very strongly recommend Oros Home Enhancements. I purchased 11 windows online and needed an installer to put the windows in - including a very large bay window. These guys are fabulous! Not only did they do an outstanding job, they cared enough to let me know there was a problem with the original window order - 8 windows were not what I had ordered (from another company). I had some work done by Oros Home Improvement and was very satisfied with their customer service and the workmen who performed the quality work. Complete fence repaired and replaced. Sun Room insulated and drop ceiling added. Very impressed, these gentlemen take pride in what they are doing as if it were there home that they were working on. Dependable on time start and finish date. Very Professional in craft. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my coworkers or friends.

When the high wind storm hit and blew my fence down after the hail storm pitted significantly the other side of my fence,I went to BBB to look for a competent contractor to replace my fence. I had a window cut down for a patio door to be installed. They blocked off everything with plastic to keep down on the dust. Worked great, I couldn't find any dust at all. They are very respectful of your belongings. They also built steps for me to fit my needs { as I am handicapped}. Everything went very smooth and they finished the job in the time frame that they said they would. I would recommend them to any one that needs work done.
