I had gone for the AQUAPURE facial based on the promotional marketing video. The experience was disappointing considering only a part of what was shown in the offer was actually done on me. I do not feel motivated to go again because I did not find the value for the money I spent.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a product (Jupiter Facelift Light) on August 21, 2025 after being told by the salesperson (Tony) that I could return it anytime if I wasn’t satisfied. The very next day I went to return it, but the staff refused to accept it, saying the salesperson was not available. Had an oxygen facial with Neal. Neal was knowledgeable and super friendly. Place is very aesthetic and clean. Facial itself was nothing special, consisted of sitting in a dome and applying serum afterwards. Heads up for those who are claustrophobic, I did not enjoy having my head in the dome.

This store is such a scam. There should a sign saying “be aware”. They aggressively pull you into their store and forcefully make you purchase something, they speak to you as if they care about your skin and your background but it’s such a money grab, all the employees should be ashamed for even working here. They give “free samples or free facials” only to lure you inside their store and make you purchase the products they tried on you.
