Be prepared to loose your entire security deposit and pay more when your lease is over! If you don’t write down and take pictures of any possible smudge or defect in the property when you move in, they most certainly will when your lease is over and charge you to fix the previous tenants minor damages—no matter how small. I left the apartment impeccably clean. I even shampooed the carpets myself—all for nothing. I still got charged for another company to come in and shampoo it.
