I’ve lived here for about 8 years now, and I have to say this apartment community is truly one of the best—mainly because of the people who run it. The maintenance team Daniel and Francisco are absolutely amazing. Even though they are currently short-staffed and also helping at the sister property up the road, they still manage to go above and beyond. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE “LUXURY” LABEL — SMOKERS, UNEVEN FLOORS, POSSIBLE MOLD, AND UNRESOLVED REPAIRS We were initially drawn to Oro Vista Apartments by their claim of being a smoke-free, family-friendly community. Unfortunately, that promise turned out to be completely false. Despite Rule 25 of the lease explicitly stating a no-smoking policy — and despite repeatedly reporting violations with photo and video documentation — management has done absolutely nothing to enforce it. I currently reside here and find the property itself to be beautiful. The maintenance crew is incredible, always prompt and professional. The only issue I have is with the new property manager, Sarah L. Unfortunately, she has been extremely rude and condescending in her interactions. Aside from that, everyone else on staff is extremely pleasant and helpful.
