RecommendedLong-term-patient and liked previous office before move better as staff seemed more friendly and knowledgeable. Plus the labs take longer to make eyewear than they used to. Fail to notify regarding time-frame and/or issues delaying eye-wear though give decent cash-discounts. Need to lighten-up bimbo front-office/feminazi-staff on the gestapo-mandatory face-mask. And have some disposable ones available that can actually breath out of lmao!/lol! Always room for improvement!

The Best experience from genuine caring and customer service minded folks. I have never had more care and detail go in to an optometry appointment than with OV. It’s not just the old air in the eye and number 3 or 2 better. If you want to be sold your eye needs go any where else. If you want to have an experience unlike any other set an appointment with OV.
We are on vacation and hubby sat on his glasses. We took them to Oro Valley Eyecare and they were able to fix them and also adjusted the part over his ears, so they now actually fit better. How much do we owe you? A smile and a handshake. Now that’s the way to run a business. If I lived here, I’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you Oro Valley Eyecare.
I have purchase my second pair of glasses here. Miguel is fantastic to fit them and makes me confident that they fit my face. Some people will tell you want you want to hear—Miguel has the ‘eye’ to fit frames perfectly! Mary even ordered in a purple frame for me to try on. Although I didn’t end up purchasing that one, they provide awesome customer relations!
Horrible front desk staff. After 2 months of trying to get an appoinment I am taking my business else where..... sad cause I love the doctor.
Dr Mitchell was absolutely wonderful with my 4 year old son! He immediately put my son at ease and engaged him in the process. Corey was equally as wonderful with my son during his pre-appointment tests. Based on my experience today, we will definitely be back. I highly recommend OV Eyecare to anyone looking for a family friendly optometrist.
Went to Miguel, who by the way is funny, humble, and amazing! The whole staff is a pleasure to work with. Between Miguel and my fiance...they had me try on frames that made me look like a bug, Elton John, and an old time telephone operator!!
I loved my experience at Oro Valley Eye Care!! I was welcomed, taken care of and selected beautiful glasses!! I would recommend them to anyone.
