This is an excellent dental practice and I would highly recommend Dr. Farwaha for any of your dental needs. She does a thorough job of explaining what needs to be done and why.
My husband called and it took 3 months for us to get our kids in for just a cleaning. We sent all of of my insurance info prior to coming in ao they had plentyof ti e to call. When we finally came in and I checked in I asked if I owed anything I was told no and no deductible. 3 weeks later I received a $600 dollar bill from them stating we were out of network so someone did NOT do their job and get prior authorization or this information would have been relayed over from the insurance company at that point.
